I worked with Sigi Valdez and he was awesome. He didn't hound me on buying my Gladiator but he did follow up with and made sure I was good with buying it. It was an out of state purchase and he and Mitch were great.
We had the privilege of working with Clem and he was not only extremely polite but he held true to his word and he went above and beyond throughout the whole process to explain everything in detail and with passion. He cares about people and he made sure that we knew exactly what was happening every step of the way. There was not a single question that went unanswered and we could not have asked for a better experience.
Called about getting my oil changed. Kourtney said bring it in and get to it. Upon arrival they took it strate into service and I wasn't there 45 minutes and it was done. Best Dodge Ram dealership in the city.
