I have tried to cancel my policy 3 times, and they still take the premium payment from my account. Do not deal with this company. You would need to cancel your bank account and open a new bank account to cancel a policy with this company.

I have been trying to cancel my policy for months. Talked to a representive and they told me i had to email a handwritten note. I did just that and was told the policy was cancelled and would not be charged again. Low and behold i was checking bank statements and there was still a charge. I get ahold of them just for them to inform me that i canceled one policy and they needed ANOTHER handwritten not to cancel the rest of it. Like what? If im canceling the main policy then all the policies under my name should be cancelled. This company is a scam that preys on elderly people. One of their representatives sold my mother and her husband a life insurance policy. When he died and we tried to file a claim we got the run around for months. Now we got a denial letter stating questions on the application was not answered right. The representative is the one who asked the questions and filled out the application. I have asked for a copy of the application and they refuse to send it to me. I have taken this to my attorney and hope it can get resolved. But stay as far away from this scam company as possible.
