The gentlemen at Focus were great to work with. They made 2 deliveries to our home to ensure we had everything needed to ensure care safety at home. They set up the equipment and provided teaching and instruction for use. Would definitely recommend them.

Got an apnea monitor for premie baby. Unresponsive about receiving a memory card so we could send a report from the data in the monitor so we could give to pediatrician. Unresponsive about send me a box to ship the monitor back to them. I just shipped the machine back at my expense to be done with them.

Had to get a product for them for my son. First, they didn't give me thorough instructions for using the product. Then they took my payment, and didn't mark it in their system. They sent me a bill even though I had already paid, and ultimately owed me a refund. I called many times to get this resolved, but apparently only the supervisor can handle this, and he only works like 3 hours a day and still never reached out to me and I never received my money. I will have to subpoena them in order to get it.
