It appears the shingles are good. . . I noticed a few straps holding gutters are not fastened down properly. . . Also I have asked for the upgraded roof form to be sent to my insurance company is not being done. . . I have asked about this a few times even attaching the form that is required.
The experience we had with Erie Home Roofing was excellent!! The customer service has been top notch from beginning to the end. The communication was perfect. We would recommend them to everyone.
A person from Erie stopped by to check my roof that I had installed with Erie two years before. I asked him about guttering and we talked about it, and I ended up going with it. He was great sales person. Then some things went downhill. Erie said I did not need to be at the house while the gutters and downspouts were installed, but luckily, I got there while they were still installing and saw that they were putting up the wrong color. The two men installing were very nice. They called one of the sales directors who saw that they had picked up the wrong gutter color and they fixed that. It turned out looking great!
