Matt was very professional, thorough, and did an excellent job! He explained everything that needed to be done and then did it all quickly. He cleaned up the area afterwards and was a pleasure to work with. I will definitely hire Edco and Matt again for future work.
I am so thankful for this company. I had a pipe bust Saturday night despite all my best efforts to prevent it because of the freeze. I was without water from Saturday night until Monday morning when I called. They had someone out to my house within two hours (at the most) despite the conditions and shirt notice. Matt came and was so helpful and patient with me. He worked with me and explained each step of the process. When Mr. Ed got there he was just as kind and patient. They spoke to my insurance with me ans well as the water mitigation specialists that came out in order to streamline the process. Had my 17 year old water heater fail on me (in December, of course). Called Edco at 3:30 PM. Lance arrived at 4:30 PM, ordered a new water heater to be delivered while he removed the old one, prepped the site, installed the new water heater, tested it, and was finished by 7:30 PM. I had nice, hot water an hour later. Outstanding service and a decent price; I am a very happy customer!
