We conduct estate sales all across Oklahoma, and often have to deal with out of state trustees who rely on us to get work done on the homes we work in. (We simply pay the bills as we work and keep receipts for reimbursement from our clients after the sales themselves have been conducted.) Well, the Quail Creek (north) home we're currently working in needed heating repairs really badly. (We had no heat at all in one entire wing of the house.) I called my client in San Francisco; she informed me that Dual-Aire had the HVAC contract, and that she'd set up an appointment with them. They sent out a technician today -- THE VERY NEXT DAY AFTER MY CLIENT CALLED THEM!... read full review
