Dr. Crain is very efficient, knowledgeable, and thorough. He explains things so you can understand them and takes the time to listen to concerns. The office moves quickly, but he is very patient oriented and will answer any questions. He is also very responsive, returning calls immediately for eye emergencies and working patients in. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Dr. Crain is kind and conservative, providing treatment right away to relieve pain. He is one of the last old school doctors that actually take the time to listen. Highly recommended.
Dr. Crain is very efficient and knowledgeable. Things do move quickly in his office, but he will take the time to make sure you understand what’s going on and answer. Any questions you may have. I will continue to come back!
Dr Crain is very thorough and explains things so you can understand them. I recently had a weekend (Sunday). eye emergency and Dr Crain returned my call immediately, then called in a prescription, and said be in my office first thing Monday morning I’ll work you in! Very patient oriented and conservative. He’s a blessed!!
I was a new client and was able to get an appointment in 2 days. They were very efficient and thorough with their information. I love that I can use my health insurance too. Highly recommend.
