This is the worst dental Depot that l have ever been to. I was placed on the list where l cannot schedule appointments. Because of missed appointments. However they scheduled me for a cleaning on 10-1-98. I called to verify I was scheduled for cleaning Natalie answered my call. She put me on hold for 12 minutes mind you I m only have 15 minutes. Natalie comes back to phone and tells me that she is sorry I was double booked with somebody else. she said if the person does not show then they can get me in mind I had this appointment scheduled for going on 4 months for my cleaning. she said they will know something by 11:15 if the person doesn't show up.. I got upset and told her that I m going to get get in trouble being laid back from my break. she got an attitude with me and she said that she was talking to her office manager and she will have the office manager call me back what is that going to dor having the office manager call me back which she never did. I was becoming very upset and I was cursing but it was not directed at her it was the situation.. However she said to me I'm just going to hang up and hang up in my face.
