Amber is the best!! She’s the one who made me love Pilates and she’s kept me motivated and active through 2 surgery recoveries in the past 8 months. My favorite part of every week is when I have classes with her!

Shannon is a great instructor. She gives very explicit instructions, making it easier to follow and helps to correct form. I always include one or two of her classes in my weekly schedule.
I love this place!? Pilates has saved my life! And according to my body? If I don’t go for a few days, boy I’m not a nice person!? stay with it!!!! It does your mind and body a world of difference!!!
