Dr. Cowdrey & her team were gentle, compassionate, and helpful when my cat was having trouble passing stools. They were quick, attentive, and professional. 10/10 recommend City Vet- West Moore
We had the best experience with CityVet. This was my first time needing urgent care for my pet, and I did extensive research to find a place that was both affordable and transparent about pricing. That ultimately led me to choose CityVet. What truly set them apart was their customer service. Every time I called with questions, the receptionist was incredibly friendly, patient, and happy to help. During our visit, the provider and staff were compassionate, kind, and genuinely supportive. They made a stressful situation so much easier, and I felt confident my pet was in great hands. Five stars!
