Our experience with Chapel Hill exceeded my expectations. They thought of every detail in a way I never would have. The day I went to pick my mother‘s ashes up. I thought I would just simply be picking up her ashes and leaving. Instead, Dominique and her staff had a room set up with my mom‘s ashes in a complete ocean themed display as well as a picture of my mom. It wasn’t over the top. It was some beautiful seashells in some sand, but it meant the world. It gave me one last private moment between my mother and I that I otherwise would’ve never gotten. Thought in detail that went into everything on their part Was amazing and greatly appreciated.
Unfortunately I have worked with them 3 times in the last 4 years but I will not go anywhere else! Tracy and her staff are wonderful. On one of my hardest days they made sure everything was perfect and made sure I was ok. 🌟 🌟 🌟🌟🌟
