I was due for an eye exam and this place was right around the corner from my house and accepted my insurance. Front desk staff was very friendly and quick at getting me checked in. The tech was personable and got me through the pre exam process with ease. Dr. Gittens seems like a genuine doctor and got me looked at, answered all my questions, and didn't make me wait forever like it seems at other places. Highly reccomend this place for your eye care!
This was my first time coming after Brixton merged with MyEyeDr and I was nervous after reading the reviews. I just want to say I was very happy with the service and all the employees I delt with. Dr Sparks was amazing as usual, very helpful and nice and got me taken care of quickly. The part I was nervous about was ordering contacts and glasses. Well to my surprise I had the nicest young lady help me (I believe her name was Leah). Leah went above and beyond to help me as I had several questions and she happily helped with no hesitation. I had an absolutely wonderful experience with the staff, especially the lady who helped fit my glasses. She was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and attentive to every detail. She made sure my glasses fit perfectly and took the time to adjust them until they felt just right.
