Kat is not your regular massage therapist. She is a true professional. The way my body relaxed, and is still relaxed from my session, says it all. Her technique, precision & efficiency reset my shoulders, hips and neck. I found Kat through social media & I knew I had to go. I had the BEST session with Kat and she really focused on my shoulder and neck tension. I felt so heard and so relaxed! Kat is FANTASTIC and so knowledgeable. I already booked my next appointment and I can’t wait to go back. I’m obsessed, I got in my car and almost cried because I just felt like I finally had someone who was excited to continue working with me and wanted to get these daily headaches under control.
