Juan has been very professional and helpful on my Hyundai vehicle needs, his communication skills are excellent customer care topped out the dealership I originally got my suv from.. It all started with an oil change than we had an issue with the oil filter housing and was very patient and informative tours the warranty coverage and the process of such, since than the inspection they ran determined that part had to be replaced and the break pads needed replacement and they got them all fixed up.. I definitely have to give him credit and all the team for the repairs and timing on all the process of doc work and labor, DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM AND SPECIALLY JUAN..!
Actually ended up at this dealership by mistake, initially thinking they were located in Edmond. Was very impressed with the cleanliness of the dealerships lot upon pulling in. The service bay was well lit and spotless, not even grease stains on the floor. Was immediately met by a service rep (Darnell) who was very professional, polite and courteous. After inspecting and photographing the car, I was directed into the waiting area, which was equally as clean and fresh as everything I had already encountered. The waiting room is large with comfortable seating. The recall repair and one additional recommended service was completed within 35-40 mins. While Edmond is closer to my home, I will return here for all my vehicle service. Highly recommend. All employees I interacted with were professional and polite and treated me as if they were my service manager. one even took some time to personally show me how to avoid hitting a "speed limiter" accidentally and how to correct that if I did. Very much appreciated the service and respect I received this morning! Keep up the good work!
