This place took me in when 2 others had denied me cuz I was a new patient. They made sure my girl was comfortable and fixed her right on up, I couldn’t be more thankful for the help they provided. Hopefully I’ll never need another emergency vet but if I do I know where I’m going.
My lab puppy wasn't feeling well and from the time I walked in the staff and Dr took care of my pup, his name is Zuma, they went above and beyond to make sure he was taken care of. He doing well and being a 13 week old pup, getting into things puppys do lol, Thank you guys so much for your care and understanding......
First time our dog has ever been sick and they took good care of us. They were busy but we got a room quickly. Took about 3hr and we were headed home with meds in hand. Vets were very kind. Initial vet tech gave us option to just schedule with home vet in am and she felt she was stable but we were concerned and already there, so we stayed. I appreciate the honesty and the triage information! It was shift change and second vet went through all our questions and all the possibilities for her acute onset cough. She even went above and beyond and checked for heart worms for us. My dog is doing much better five days later after kennel cough diagnosis! It was pricey but not...read full review
