I called yesterday to order flowers for a funeral service being held this Saturday. I'm from Colorado and have no idea where to get support. The woman who answered the phone, Miss T, immediately put me at ease. She assisted me with the salutation on the card, understood I didn't want a "funeral flowers" looking arrangement and made me feel safe with the whole process. Better yet, when I told Miss T my budget, she didn't want to spend that much!
