I had an amazing brow lamination service at the Ulta Rockwell location! My brows have never looked better—full, lifted, and beautifully shaped. The brow expert was professional, detail-oriented, and made the whole experience so relaxing. I absolutely loved my results and will definitely be back to see Ms. Baillie Highly recommend!
