As a Network Professional, I absolutely hate having to deal with BankOnIT. Their engineers aren’t knowledgeable when it comes to networking. Takes hours and hours to troubleshoot even the simplest of issues, not to mention they are completely unorganized. They don’t even know what equipment they have at each of their clients’ locations. My team and I have spent countless hours having to deal with BankOnIT unorganization and uninformed employees. If you’re considering using this company as your MSP (or in any capacity at all), please look elsewhere!!!!!
