I own a small trucking company and had one of my semis brake down and bad day was great to work with. Used his trucks to unload the tools off my trailer onto another truck really fast. Nothing but great thing to say about this company.

I don’t remember his name (it’s been a long day…) however my tow truck driver came within about an hour from when I called triple A, he was VERY pleasant, communicated very well, and did a phenomenal job. It was also a Sunday afternoon, and he towed my truck from Moore, OK to almost 200 miles away to where I live. Smile on his face, so kind. He got to the drop off location very promptly. He was incredibly pleasant. I wish I would have beaten him to the house as I was intending to tip him. He did a great job at making my bad day better. Thank you Bad Day Towing & Recovery. We appreciate kindness especially when in such a stressful situation.
