Thanks for giving us a little more time with Lollie. She’s doing great and we’re so thankful. Overall, we are happy and would use again in an emergency situation. I did have to call back several times after she was discharged as well as drive back up for meds that were not sent home with us. I do wish that there was a more thorough communication process in place at discharge. She had to start several new meds in addition to her existing and while I got the answers needed each time I called, I think the discharge communication process could be worked on to ensure nothing is missed or confused between all the staff helping out.It is expensive, but worth it, and i do… read full review
Thank God this vet was open and as amazing as they are! I showed up close to midnight on 9/9 and was greeted by the sweetest young lady at the reception desk. She explained how everything worked and how much it would be. My pup was immediately taken back to get treatment and diagnostics done after I explained what her symptoms had been. I was there for a few hours as they took care of my baby and the doctor came in around every hour to check in and let me know how my dog was doing as well as updating me on how much it would cost for the next step he wanted to take for her care. They did a goid job on my french bulldog c section but I lost 2 puppies and I feel like at least 1 could have been prevented. I understand you trying to save people money but when the xray shows the first pup is breached and coming out backwards you should have suggested we keep her there. I also understand y'all was very busy but given the breed and being her first litter and the xray showing it backwards, I think we would have been better off keeping her there and watched since we had to come back 3 hours later with a puppy stuck halfway out.
