I honestly hate to give them three stars.These people need to u derstand that when people deal with a pet issue to alot of people it's almost like dealing with a child. I know sounds extreme but truly it's true. I had a full blown panick attack and made a rash decision that iw ill truly regret forever. I know there job is not mental health and please don't criticize me for this review. But they should be trained in how to respond to people who truly are panicked about their animal. It's not their fault. But I'm truly passed that they couldn't finance 350 to save his life but could finance the end of his life. Very sad Indeed. ? forever heartbroken. Lara mitchell
Had to euthanize my dog because of liver cancer they were very caring and sympathetic They signed a card and also sent me a follow up letter after dealing with neels, I am glad i found this place.
I can't express or put in to words of how thankful I was to have found this center. My cat who was a new mama had been suffering from 2 strokes for almost 4 days, she was in pain and so exhausted... she wouldnt eat or drink. But, during all of this she still some how managed to nurse her kittens and loved on them to the best of her ability. It was beautiful and so sad. I called so many places to help me. Every place I called was either closed or so expensive.
