I cannot begin to express how disappointing this company was to me. It is clear that they are short- handed and nurses overworked. One nurse was so inept and inappropriate with her conversations that I’m not sure how she has remained employed with them. The other nurses laughed about her. Office personnel accepted my insurance that later became an issue with not only my account but my personal care. I repeatedly asked the office manager if all was well and the answer was always positive. Obviously, it was not.
