PACK RAT helped us with a move 12 years ago & they were wonderful! I remember my driver being friendly and professional! It was a smooth move under difficult circumstances. So they definitely made it easier! I was looking them up so hopefully they will be doing another move for us soon under Happier circumstances ?? And that’s why I’m making my post 12 years later. Sorry for the delay.

My experience with 1-800-Pack-Rat was mostly good! My biggest issue is with some difficulty I had navigating the website/portal. My billing address is different from both addresses that were being moved to and from, and occasionally that address would incorrectly populate in delivery/pick-up locations. Other than that, I had a great experience! The drivers communicated with me consistently throughout the process and were available to answer questions every time I had them. I would 100% recommend them and use them again, even with the website issues, because of the fact that I was able to call and get resolutions when I needed them.
