I have had nothing but superior response times and help from the Sowder Heating & Air. As a commercial customer, fast response times are everything to me and my customers. Lucas has been unbelievable in response time and friendliness.

Sowder Heating & Air provides amazing customer service. They went above and beyond during a heatwave when they were already extremely busy. After a call about a dead A/C, they arrived quickly. A new unit was found and installed, cooling a 100° house by Friday afternoon. Customers have used them several times over the years and will continue to use them, especially after some bad experiences with other HVAC companies.

I called at 4:50pm on a Wednesday with a dead A/C hoping someone could come out at some point Thursday. Morris was at my house by 5:30!! We needed a new unit that would need hunted down, but they found one and had it installed and cooling my 100° house by Friday afternoon. I cannot thank Renee, Morris, and Lane enough for the amazing customer service! They really went above and beyond during a heatwave when I know they were already extremely busy.

I have used them several times over the years and will continue to use them! I have had some pretty bad experiences with other HVAC companies.
