I called at 4:50pm on a Wednesday with a dead A/C hoping someone could come out at some point Thursday. Morris was at my house by 5:30!! We needed a new unit that would need hunted down, but they found one and had it installed and cooling my 100° house by Friday afternoon. I cannot thank Renee, Morris, and Lane enough for the amazing customer service! They really went above and beyond during a heatwave when I know they were already extremely busy.
I have used them several times over the years and will continue to use them! I have had some pretty bad experiences with other HVAC companies.
Very fast service and excellent professionalism. I have had several different companies out to fix my a/c and never has my unit worked as well as it does now after Souder repaired it. Highly recommend them.
