I saw a previous review that is wrong and had to speak up! Lb B raked them over the coals needlessly, Pamelas Flowers is not the flower shop she's talking about, she posted on the wrong shop. Statehood House was owned by Kimberly who is the Code Inspector in Okemah Oklahoma and that flower shop is now out of business. Shame on you Lb B for slamming a nice person and excellent flower designer!

The lady that owns this flower shop is not and has not been the code inspector. There was another flower shop in town called Statehood House that is no longer open, and the previous owner of it is now the code enforcement officer for the City of Okemah. Pamela's Flowers is one of a kind, and the owner is very personable and friendly.

This quaint shop sits in the heart of Okemah just down the street from a movie theater (old school style). They have plenty to offer the conscious shopper looking for jewelry, accessories, hats and floral arrangements. One side of the store is dedicated to office supplies. Plenty of beanie babies near the front. It had a warm feel and the owner offered up some history on the town and the movie theater. Drop in..on Broadway..and check it out yourself!
