Owner kindly and gently handled my rescue dog. He is terrified of strangers, noise, cages and other dogs. She Arranged for him to come when no one else would be there and gave quiet comfort while she did only what he could tolerate.

I’ve been bringing my dog to The Sparkly Spot for years, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the care they’ve provided. As my dog gets older, it means even more to me that they’re so patient, understanding, and gentle with him. They really take their time to make sure he’s comfortable and well taken care of throughout the grooming process. It’s rare to find a groomer who treats your pet like family, and I truly appreciate their kindness and professionalism. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants a groomer who truly cares for their dog’s well-being and comfort.

I took my baby here once and they did an amazing job. But I wanted to share how kind they were, as we had to put our sheltie down this week. I wanted to get a paw print but her hair was in the way, so they let me bring her in and trim it down so i could get a good print. They were incredibly caring and they encouraged us we were doing the right thing.
Thank you for being kind and professional and we will definitely bring our new dog in!
