I used the video visit earlier this week for a sinus infection and again today to get a refill on BP medication as I have yet to find a pcp after just moving back here from Idaho. I got a script sent over in and a discount card to give me more time to find a good pcp. The service is absolutely amazing!!!
Had an ongoing ear problem, over last two days had greatly dimminished hearing. All the staff listened to my current concern as well as my other health issues, very good bedside manner making sure I was not in pain throughout my visit.
I went to a different urgent care six days ago and was very disappointed with the level of care and I was put on antibiotics, but after six days of still continuing to get worse, I decided to check out First Med.
It was so easy to book an appointment and complete my paperwork prior to arriving. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful and the Nurse Practitioner was awesome. The level of care I received was perfect and I agreed with the treatment plan I was given.
I was prescribed a different antibiotic and after the next 24 hours, I already started feeling better. I would definitely recommend First Med.
