Asked specifically if a hard inquiry would be pulled when submitting an application. I was told it was a soft credit check. Called back to speak about my application and was told a manager would give me a call back. Couple minutes later I get a call with no greeting and all that was said “you’ll get a letter within 10-12 business days.” I had to ask who was calling just to confirm it was regarding my application. Then when I asked why a hard inquiry was submitted versus soft (which was what I was told to begin with. I specifically asked before starting the application process) I was told that a hard inquiry has to be pulled to look at my credit.... read full review
