Patrick and Tai were quick to respond to our project, and were excellent in helping us clean up after experiencing a pipe leak. They did a great job helping us navigate a distressing event. We also had great support and coordination with John. We did experience a small miscommunication as we wrapped up the project, but management worked well with us to resolve those. Aaron was very professional during the process. His knowledge and experience definitely made the situation as stress free as possible! He was also understanding with all of the questions asked each day. His crew, Brian and Chase, worked diligently from the beginning to the end. Patrick stepped in on the last day at our home and was detailed in double checking all of the areas to ensure the were dry. I highly recommend this company!

SERVPRO of Norman helped me fix my house, they did brickwork, replaced my garage door and painted among other things. All of their work was fast, and all the people I had contact with were very friendly (shout-out to DeAngelo!). Before I knew what to do I had many worries but after I called them they were quick to assure me they could help and were very professional at each step of the process.
