I’ve had my fair share of working with contractors and this is by far the best experience I’ve had thus far. Joe was very attentive to my needs and never made me feel like I was a bother even with last minute changes. The made my whole experience painless. Would 100% recommend and I would use them again.
I cannot say enough good things about this company. We have had multiple sewer water floods in the last 5 years, that was all supposedly fixed 2 and 1/2 years ago ?. It has cost us an enormous amount of money and time. Alex was absolutely amazing!!! They took into account the fact that we had small children and couldn't be around feces covered drywall that was being cut (aerosolized). They made sure to do all of that first and we got back in our home MONTHS sooner than we did with any other restoration company. We cannot say enough positive things about this company. From the time of the mishap to the closing out of Perfect all the repairs, they were nothing short of phenomenal. The entire staff top to bottom is top-notch and answered any and all questions we had throughout the process as well as met all of our requests with the upmost professionalism. Cannot recommend them enough!!!
