Staff was very nice and the hearing test went well. The reason for the lower rating has to deal with billing. I took the test because I had healthcare money that j had to use or lose it, so I scheduled my hearing test in December.
I explained to them the situation about the money had to be spent before the end of the year when submitting my insurance information.
They ended up billing me the next month, so I had to pay it out of pocket because the medical money had expired.
The staff is always courteous and helpful. Dr Whitney Woods listens to what I have to say and makes adjustments to help me achieve the best results with my hearing aids.
There was a problem with billing. Although we paid, they emailed me twice (in two months) stating that I had a bill. I had to call them a few times. Later, they called me and corrected the issue.
