About Our Blood Institute, Norman
Our Blood Institute is an excellent and convenient place to donate blood. The staff is very friendly and kind, creating a friendly atmosphere in the always clean location. Scheduling an appointment on their website or app makes it very easy to get in, with visits going fast, often just under an hour in and out. The phlebotomists do a great job. Donors receive drinks and light snacks during donation and recovery, and sometimes special promotional items like t-shirts. It seems like a well-run place where they genuinely care for each donor.

I would like to say how great the staff is here!
My boyfriend and I both donated today and
I was nervous about giving blood, and they were so nice and explained everything and no pain at all! It’s nice dealing with people that are upbeat and friendly! It made the experience a positive one!

The first girl tried getting a vein and missed. She had to have a supervisor do it. Same for my girlfriend. Missed her vein too and had to have a supervisor do that too. She was kind of short with people too. Its hard to want to donate when the employees don't appreciate you coming. I do have to say everyone else was nice, and competent. I've gave blood 82 times, and I'll keep helping.
