When I first brought my son here, everything was absolutely wonderful. Unfortunately, my recent visit was a completely different experience. When I arrived for my appointment, the office was extremely busy and overcrowded, and from that point on, the visit did not go smoothly.
I had an appointment scheduled at 1:50 PM and wasn’t brought back until around 2:10 PM. After a few initial eye tests, I was placed back in a waiting chair because there were no rooms available. I had to wait again until an exam room opened up, which made the visit feel very unorganized and overcrowded.

The eye examination is great and Dr.Flax is extremely helpful and informative. The issue I have is that they charge $40 for a contact fitting. Basically the girl found a pair close to my prescription, not my script and handed them to me in a bag. Seems a little bit like I paid for the sample. I bought a new pair of glasses and they have a nice special this month, buy 1 pair of glasses at regular price and purchase a second pair for $99 and then get a new pair of sunglasses.

I had the best experience! Everyone is very nice and really helpful. I was nervous about going to a different clinic, as I had been at the eyecare center for many years. I am actually glad I made the switch and will happily be back next year.
