We recently faced some issues with our A/C system not cooling properly. Our technician Tony was incredibly knowledgeable and easy to talk with about all our concerns with professionalism and care. He made the entire process comfortable and hassle-free. After some disappointing past experiences, it was truly refreshing to find someone who really knew what he was doing. Thank you Tony! Now, our A/C is working perfectly, and we're really happy with the service. We’re looking forward to trusting Norman Air for any future maintenance needs.
Our outside faucet needed to be repaired. Joseph arrived, introduced himself and was super friendly. After a brief recap of the issue Joseph was able to identify the problem and went over the part needed in detail to ensure I was fully aware. Joseph gave me a rundown of the repair ame what he will be doing. He not only did a great job but was very informative, but after general conversation I spoke about our disposal being out, he quickly looked it over and not only repaired our faucet but then replaced our disposal. Very thankful for his knowledge and service. Will continue to use Norman Air and thankful for Joseph and all his help.
I had a water leak in the wall over the weekend and called Norman Air on Saturday. They got me in quickly, and Keith was the technician who came out. He was professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient from the moment he arrived. He carefully diagnosed the issue, found exactly what was causing the leak, and got to work fixing it right away. He took the time to make sure it worked properly and left everything clean. Keith’s expertise and calm demeanor made the whole stressful experience so much easier.
