Only reason I gave 3 stars is because the first time my husband and me came in we were helped by 2 guys that knew there stuff and really helped us out. When we returned to buy we weren't so lucky. The 2nd time Rocky helped us. (If he's your only choice at this place--turn around and leave). This dude is a joke. He talks in circles and talks you in and out of buying over and over. My husband seemed to know more from reading up on floors online. After talking with him we were so confused we left and bought floors from the chain that they share parking lot with. Before we left we asked Rocky when the first guys that helped us will be back-- he laughed at us. This man is tacky and unprofessional. Oh and he kept talking about his personal life. May be to guilt us into buying so he could make commission. Either way, he is full of crap. He also reminded us he was the store manager more then once-- making us very uncomfortable. If lumber liquidators has guys like this running their businesses I really question their company values. I feel bad for anyone that has to deal with him. Like I said--if he's the only person there to talk with don't waste your time.
