I came in and looked around for some flooring. Steve was very helpful and answered all my questions. When Steve wasn't there, Christina was there to answer any questions. Both are communicative and helpful. Finally picked a floor and had it installed by their contractors (which were awesome, thank you Thomas and Anthony). They answered any questions or issues I had during the install process. Due to unforeseen circumstances, the project was delayed, in which it was in no part their fault. Excellent customer service and great products. They have professional installation crews that get the job done right the first time. They have done two flooring installations at our house and we have been pleased with the product and the installation on both occasions. Great company, highly recommended!

We we were initially planning on shopping around for carpet but visited Urban flooring first, and quickly decided our search would end there. Steven's customer service was stellar, and he was very down to earth. He educated us gave us some savings for the installation and the carpet which was so appreciated.
