I’m writing this as I’m still here getting my toes dried. I’ve been coming here for two years once a month and today I asked MULTIPLE times for black tips and the lady continued to paint the entire nail as I continued to ask her not to and then after she’s done they tried to charge me more for asking the to correct it. I will not be returning.

I'm not sure if the lady didn't know how to do acrylic nails or just didn't care about the quality of her work. I had to keep reminding the lady what I was wanting and she still couldn't get it correct. She was getting frustrated with me telling her. I get Acrylic fill with gel polish on my fingers and gel on my toes without a pedicure. She got the acrylic gel on my cuticles, on my fingers and toes. I tried dealing with it for 3 days and ended up going to a different salon the 4th day and had a lady redo my nails. My hair would get stuck under the gel when trying to do my hair. I decided to use Google translate and I heard unusual things..

I can describe my experience here in 3 words: rough, rude, and rushed.It was NOT a relaxing process at all!!! Nail tech tried to "correct a ingrown toenail" by using cuticle trimmers until my big toe was bleeding and incredibly sore on the side. I'm pretty sure that should be left up to an actual podiatrist instead. Lady scrubbing my feet actually admitted that using the grater thing, roughly I might add, was her favorite part. Purely sadistic services in my opinion, not surprising that their ratings are so low. I will never be coming back here.
