Nina did my nails and I will be back for her. My first time here so im not saying anything negative about the other employees. My only experience is with the host and Nina. I am disabled yet dont look it. I have panic and anxiety disorder that comes with it so I dont get out of the house without my service dog. Normally I wait for him to be done but this time I was freeling brave and went to this salon. My talons surely were the talk, my dry skin from being medicated and the fact that I probably looked like a scared sloth. She took me in and made sure I was comfortable. I didn't know what to expect, my regular salon was too full so I came here, expecting it to be more pricey but instead, it was cheaper and the staff was very nice. They didn't even charge extra for glittery polish!!! I'll be back.

I brought a friend with me to for a little pampering session to show my appreciation for her and decided to try a different salon closer to my house. I made an appointment a few days in advance because I know Fridays can be busy. First my nails and my toes look great. I have no complaints on the quality. My pedicure was amazing. Now after that even with an appointment it was maybe 20-30 minutes before someone started on my nails. No problem I understand people get busy. Now this is where the issues started for both myself and my friend. One tech started on my nails, was told she had an appointment, left and someone else did the color and design.
