They focus on getting patients in and out quickly without rushing, listening carefully to concerns and treating everyone with respect. Patients appreciate that the staff genuinely care about their job and their patients, especially with kids. Many patients have praised the courteous and professional service from providers like Dr. Crosswhite, Karla, and Tiffany, who are helpful and attentive. One patient noted that they were helped quickly when their son was feeling horrible, and the staff explained procedures and wait times clearly, which eased their son's anxiety. Tiffany was especially accommodating. Arrived no wait time..was in and out in about 45 min which is pretty unusual in .Dr Appt .. Kailey was also helpful and kind..all is well !! Medical condition taken care of in professional manner. Thank you everyone
Took my 95 year old mother there after audiologist said she needed wax removed from her ear. Everyone at AllSet was absolutely terrific. Tiffany welcomed us when we walked in, took her information, took her vitals, and did the eariation. She was as pleasant a person as imaginable. Caring and competent. Teeia Strout, APRN came in the exam room and was sweet, gentle, and thorough. We couldn’t give them higher praise. If you are in Norman and need an urgent care, go to INTEGRIS AllSet.
This office is phenomenal. From the kind and warm staff, to the quality of care given I’m always left feeling so grateful this office exists. Big shout out to Kelly APRN, Tiffany, MA, and Kailey, MA. They were all so personable and informative, I will never seek out another urgent care in Norman. Integris All Set is the place to go. Seriously couldn’t sing their praises enough!!
