Amazing experience! From the moment you walk in the door. You are greeted by beauty and professionalism. The staff are very nice and the atmosphere is so relaxing. Snacks & drinks are an extra pampering. Rose was absolutely wonderful!! I'd had a bad experience at a different salon & she patiently listened to what I wanted and boy did she deliver! Better than the pic I had in my head. Don't miss your chance, got over here and get Filed!!
I’ve gone to filed for almost 2 years and have always loved my services. Today my nails and toes look good but the SERVICE was awful. I’ve never experienced anything like this at Filed in Norman. Hopefully they fix the issues, 1 nail artist in the entire salon and that made 3 people working on me. I usually book online with Andy and he is great never had any issues. Also now all techs have pagers that the desk pages them and rushes them, not only annoying to hear them going off all over salon but makes them rush and makes you feel like an inconvenience.
Andy is the sweetest guy and he knows exactly what I want every time I come in! He knows color like nobody’s business, he knows how to recreate designs and make new ones that are amazing! Overall everything at this location is wonderful!!!!
