I have updated my original rating solely because the manager reached out to me personally the same night the original review was posted. She apologized, offered to make it right, and partially refunded me. I really appreciate their efforts. I think had I gotten a different nail artist, and told them right away that I wasn’t happy, my experience would’ve been better. I have not gone back for a fix, but this business did go above and beyond to make it right.

I came to this nail salon ( Elle Nail & Spa Salon ) to experience it on the recommendation of a colleague. and I chose a pedicure package. I had a wonderful time with the special care of a nail technician named Julie.With her skillful and professional movements, she made me really satisfied. I am sure that my choice is right and will be back for next services with Julie.

We have been coming here from Bray (1 1/2 hr drive 1 way) for 2 years now. Have been very happy. Friendly, stay late, nice designs, best place I have found in OK where my fills last 2 to 4 wks easily without chipping. They have always been able to get us in without an appointment. If something isn't quite to your liking all you have to do is say something and it is immediately taken care of. Love this place!
