I brought in a perfectly good scarf for dry cleaning, and they SHRUNK it beyond repair. When I asked about it, they just shrugged and said it’s “not their responsibility.” Seriously? No apology, no warning, nothing.
They never notified me of any risks or policies when I dropped it off—just took it like everything was normal. Then after ruining it, they told me I should have read their fine print myself. What kind of service is that?
This place clearly doesn’t care about your belongings or customer service. If you value your clothes (and basic decency), AVOID this place at all costs.

Terrible experience — never again. I brought in a high-quality item that meant a lot to me, and they completely ruined it. No apology, no accountability—just a cold “not our responsibility.”
They don’t inform you of any risks or care instructions when you drop off your clothes, then expect you to magically know and read their fine print on your own. That’s not how professional businesses operate.
It’s clear they don’t care about your belongings or your trust. If you’re thinking about using this place, don’t risk it. Go somewhere that actually respects their customers and their work.

I should have believed the reviews...took in 8 dress shirts to get washed and with heavy starch..went to pick them up...all they did was wash and iron...and I paid extra for heavy starch..I told them to redo the shirts with heavy starch..next evening I go to get them and while checking them at the counter...all they did was repackage them in plastic cover ,.was told to go to another location and complain.???? WTH??? Male attendant at register was a complete ass... My advise.....Pay a lil more and get guaranteed quality and service. .now if you look at previous reviews here you will see they send out a reply saying contact them to resolve the dispute..ha!!!
