The quality is ok. The customer service is average at best, and is seems about 1/3 if the time, they don't follow the listed hours on the front door. If a different place had their prices and stayed open until 7, I would go to them.

Was very rude, when we walked in she walked up to the front counter and all she said was "phone number" then asked what we had. Was annoyed most of what we had was leather which she doesn't do. I tried to call several times with no answer each time. Overall just not a good experience.

Absolutely love the customer service here. I took my wedding dress here and they did a fabulous job! I have used them for dresses, shirts, pants, comforter, you name it! Everything is always fast and in better condition than I left it in! 100% would recommend them to everyone! Also this is the only place I could find in norman that would do my wedding dress without charging an absolutely ridiculous amount! Wonderful dry cleaners!
