Temezcal is a Mexican tradition - the owner of the studio is also Mexican. just as each tribe has their own ceremonial traditions - which are each slightly different. We must not judge what we do not know. 5 Stars ⭐ for my amazing experience. The energy is real and so peaceful here. The energy of the land speaks for itself.

Highly recommend this highly professional yoga studio. Ashtanga yoga is always been my favorite and Andrew really is the best teacher I've ever had in the last 14 years of my practice and 10 years as a Yoga teacher myself. I just wish I'd live closer to Norman..... read full review

I have been on the hunt for a yoga studio that focuses only on yoga. Ashtanga has a very informative website and I was able to find a class and time that fits my schedule. I am not very experienced with yoga but am very excited to learn the practice. When I arrived to the studio, I checked in with Jennifer, who was also the instructor for the class. She gave me a little tour and explained how everything works. She was so friendly, warm, and welcoming. I took an Intro course with her and loved it. She was very descriptive and helpful at every point during the class. There were students in the class at all levels so I felt very comfortable. I can't wait to learn more... read full review
