Judah drove over an hour to assess the hot water heater and had a plan set up within 20 minutes. He then came back out later that evening and took out the old water heater and replaced it with a new one within an hour. He even cleaned up after himself and took the old water heater away. My recent experience with A Better Plumbing was truly wonderful.
