Everyone was super patient with my anxiety and previous dental trauma. And while i have to get a root canal and crown ????? i honestly feel like i can maybe actually do it bc of dr Campbell, and the lady who took my X-rays. I apologize for forgetting your name. “My faith in a great or even mediocre dentist went out the window years ago. I have had dentist really hurt me to the point I just let my mouth become a horrible infected mess. I was going to give this dentist my one last shot at fixing things or just pull all the rest out and get dentures. I was terrified of dentist after everything I had been through. Just one visit to Dr. Bird has alleviated every worry or fear I had built up from past work. His staff are kind and funny to talk to. Dr. Bird was as well and numbed my mouth that the 2 broken extractions were a breeze. He and is staff will be my permanent Dentist office for life! My daughter sees him too and feels the same. “I have never had a dental experience like this. The dentist and nurses and support staff were all so effective and efficient that I thought I misheard the time! The doctor is extremely straight forward but still pleasant. She quickly got all the information she needed and did my son’s procedure in no time. The nurse made sure that we knew everything that we needed to do at home. But my favorite part is that she was HONEST! My son has been seen by 3 different dentists in a 3 month span because I knew something wasn’t right or I wasn’t getting the correct info. I was told different things about his condition (told he had no cavities. Then the wrong number). I was referred from a different ocean dental office who also told me incorrect information. For years I’ve asked about my child’s oral health and been blown off. But I received some information that could change our lives just because she is efficient, honest and good at her job! She found problems that 3 other dentist missed. Everyone was lovely. Also, we have been home for an hour and they called to check on my son. I have never ever had a dentist office do this. If they weren’t so far I’d made this location our permanent office. I wish all dental appointments were so thorough. Another good sign is that my Velcro 5 year old was not nervous. He’s usually so shy with adults he doesn’t know and he walked back so confidently and didn’t even look back. I was a nervous wreck at first but that immediately eased my anxiety“
