Everyone in the office was extremely helpful in getting me scheduled even when I had a couple cancellations and hiccups throughout the day. The technician Ethan did an amazing job of diagnosing the problem and solving my issues! Thomas was excellent at explaining the issues with our hot water heater and the solution to making it work properly. He also inspected our home to make sure everything was working in tip top shape. We had a slab leak and these experts had all of our pipes replaced and our water back in 2 days!!! I was so nervous about such a big job but they worked quickly to get us taken care of. Their also assisted us with getting financing, which was a painless process. And to top it off, our dog Mallory thought Thomas, the plumber, was her new best friend!
