Gary showed us several homes in the Newkirk area. Each time we met to look at a house, he seemed to not know who we were and that he had shown us multiple homes. We found a home we wanted to buy that was listed with his company. Because it seemed he had some memory issues, we asked another real estate agent to represent us. We negotiated a price $7,500 cheaper than was listed and signed a contract for a conventional loan. Unfortunately, because of the housing market, rates were astronomical and we could only get an FHA loan. Mr Bilger had an add online to rent out a property for $1000 a month. When I called he knew I was going to be filming in Newkirk and he jacked the price up to $5000 a month. He is a crook.
