This company did a great job on trees from storm damage. Prompt to return my phone call, showed up the same day, and stayed until the job was done. They also did a great job cleaning up! Reasonable rates!

The reason I’m leaving a 3 star review is because I went from having a VERY VERY BAD experience with a doctor to changing doctors and having a wonderful experience. Here’s my story. I am chronically ill and disabled. My PCP is in Tulsa, but she is currently waiting to start her new job at a new clinic. I am on controlled meds, and other medications, and I needed someone to fill my medications in the meantime. About a month ago or so, I made an appointment to see Lela Goatley. Huge mistake. When she walked in, she immediately had an attitude with me. She was unfriendly. She would make snarky, rude remarks about how I was “too young” to be disabled and would scoff at the things I said as if she was assuming I was lying. She pretty much called me a hypochondriac in other words. I asked her if she had even heard of my condition (Ehlers Danlos Syndrome), she said no. She had absolutely no clue what it was, and said she had never had a patient with it before. I immediately knew I needed to leave. She was so god awful to me that I cried on the way home. She did not prescribe my pain medication because she said she “needed proof that I wasn’t making all this stuff up”, even after I had given her proof from my PCP, showed her paperwork from my pcp explaining the disease, told her who my diagnosing doctor was, and who all of my specialists are. She even refused to learn about what my illness is when I asked if I could explain it or if she could take a look at my paperwork. So, I was just over all in complete distress. Fast forward to a few weeks later, I see Dr.Brockbank. He was a breath of fresh air after seeing Lela. He is so kind, empathetic, educated, and knowledgeable on EDS as well. He was absolutely wonderful to speak with. He even made me laugh. He sent my meds to the pharmacy for me, and agreed to see me every month to continue to do so. He said he felt so sorry for me because EDS is one of the most painful conditions you can go through. He understood my pain. He understood my low quality of life. He genuinely wanted to help. He explained any questions I asked thoroughly, with passion and enthusiasm might I add. He is a fantastic doctor! With all due respect, please let Lela Goatley go. Healthcare is not just a job. If you don’t have a love/passion for it, and if you can’t respect your patients, healthcare is not the place for you. I have since spoken with many people that have had issues with Lela in the past. Not one person I know that has seen her has liked her. She is rude, careless, judgmental, and not professional. That is why I give 3 stars. I would also like to add that I did not realize this until I saw her face at the appointment, but Lela was my PCP as a teen, and she caused me MAJOR health issues. She put me on the depo shot and for months I asked her to please take me off of it because I was so sick, and she refused to. She said I was “too young to not be on birth control”. I stayed on that shot for almost a year, and I bled for over 9 months straight. I ended up being threatened by the hospital with “you have less than 2 weeks to get your iron levels up or we will have to hospitalize you and give you blood transfusions.” I was SO sick and anemic for YEARS after that because of her. Lo and behold, once I dropped her as a pcp, stopped the depo, and gave it a long while to get out of my system, I got better and wasn’t anemic anymore. On top of that, I told her at every appointment that I was dizzy every day, felt faint, etc and she always blamed it on me being young and the anemia. Now that I haven’t been anemic in years and it has still been happening all my life (I’m now 25), I’m diagnosed with POTS. So, the entire time, I had POTS, EDS, MCAS, and Hashimoto’s, and she just kept telling me I was fine and I was making it all up. Healthcare workers like you, Lela, are part of the reason why chronically ill patients are in therapy. You should be ashamed.

I've used this company twice in the past 10 years. Both times to repair a storm damaged roof on our home. I sought bids from other companies and this one came in as the low bid both times. The second time, we included a door replacement on our home. Mr. Sutton was quick to get the roof work done, but it took several weeks, calls with him telling me he was come do the work for our door and then not show up. I even took a day off work for him to get it done and he did not show up. But when he did, the work looked great. All in all, 1 Stop Construction, I would use them again only because the work done is good work.Service: Roof installation
