The 2 young men that installed my new AC were very professional, working efficiently and cooperatively together to finish a job that not only requires skill but endurance in the heat of the summer. They treated me with the utmost of respect and relocated my new thermostat specifically where I wanted it, removing the old one which had been placed at eye level 1/3 of the way over on a 5 foot wide wall, making it impossible to decorate the entrance of my home! I even hired another professional to relocate the thermostat and was told it couldn’t be done. A/C stopped cooling about 8pm on the 4th,couldn’t come that night(due to storm), but was at house before 8:00am Sunday,Brandon worked for nearly 3 hours trying to find problem
The Heat and Air Guy saved us! Our AC went out yesterday afternoon and I was able to book an appointment online for today, a Saturday!! Chris was great and we highly recommend Heat and Air Guy.
