“I've been meaning to do this for a while, but our whole experience with Urban Flooring from the second we opened the door to our final goodbye smashed the competition! When we first entered, Amber warmly welcomed us and pointed us in the right direction and helped narrow our choices. In the same visit we met Christina, the owner, who was incredibly knowledgeable and experienced. Though the store didn't have exactly what we were looking for, they said if we find what we want else where we can come back... we actually found what we were looking for at the Daltile showroom off of 240 where Jojo made sure we left with multiple samples (recommend a visit there for material). Once we coordinated the material with Christina, Amber, and Steve we awaited our install date.
Jose showed up and immediately got to work. Truly amazed by how hard and fast he worked with incredible attention to detail. He was very communicative throughout the whole process and if we needed to adjust start times he was very accommodating. He only had help 2-4 days of the 9 that he worked (about 1500 square ft of wood-look tile install with carpet, wood, and tile removal). PHENOMENAL and very efficient. As we closed out the process, Steve was very helpful in making sure everything was tied up. We can not express our gratitude to the whole team enough. They are very professional, knowledgeable, experienced, and did a great job. Highly recommended as their prices are competitive and their work is top notch.“
